🌋 Disaster Protocol

Privacy policy · last updated 18 October 2026

In short: there are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. The game only keeps what it needs to run your games, and deletes it when the game is deleted.

This policy covers Disaster Protocol on the web at disaster.ogre.email and the Disaster Protocol apps for iOS and Android. They are run by Rapin United Group Pty Ltd ("we").

What we collect

We don't collect your email, phone number, contacts, location, photos or any other personal data, and we don't ask for any device permissions.

Stored on your device

The game saves a few settings on your device: your player ID and name, the game you're in, and display choices (sound on or off, map style, which panels are shown). They stay on your device and you can remove them by clearing the website's data or uninstalling the app.

How we use it

Only to run the game: to show your name and messages to the other players in your game, to keep games going when you reconnect, and to moderate the chat when someone reports a problem. We never sell or share your data, and never use it for advertising.

Who can see it

How long we keep it

A game, with its players' names and chat, is deleted 6 hours after it was last played, or earlier when a player deletes it from My games. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for running and securing the service.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages and doesn't knowingly collect personal information from children. Players are asked to use a nickname rather than their full name. The creator of each game can delete chat messages and remove players.

Your choices and rights

You can delete your games at any time from My games, and the rest is deleted automatically. To ask about your data, or to have something removed sooner, email [email protected].

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
